Dalmatian - couple of issues - help pls

Hi All

Our 4yr old Dalmatian has a rash under his legs - looks red but doesn’t seem to bother him. Any advice ?

Also, found a lump in his tail. I believe fairly common. Last one was on his back and it disappeared. It’s not red and doesn’t seem in pain. Any advice pls ?

With rashes, lumps, bumps etc. I usually do what I'd do if I found similar on myself - I don't rush to the doctor straight away, but I'd make a vet appointment if it doesn't clear up in a few days, or if it gets worse.

You could bathe it in fresh water several times a day in case there is something he is coming in contact with, and look at whether any of his food has been new to him; but you haven't really given us many clues to work with.
