Timber has his teeth brushed every night with Virbac CET Enzymatic toothpaste for dogs. He gets raw carrot occasionally (he isn't crazy about it) and the treats made of dry fish skins which are super crunchy and supposed to help prevent tartar build up. But his teeth are still looking brown in some places. Has anyone tried any of the plaque removing powders? Do they work? Any other ideas? Thank you in anticipation of your replies guys!

I give my dog raw chicken legs and wings ..i also give things like dehydrated tripe sticks ..ive never brush their teeth .my old boy is 16 and his teeth are discoloured but my youngster has brilliant white teeth .

Even though my old boys teeth are discoloured there doesn't seem.to be much build up of plaque and then vet isn't worried about them.at all so I cant help with toothpaste etc..does your dog like to chew on chicken legs etc? ..that could be a way of keeping his teeth clean x
