The organisers of this years Devon festival have now deemed that any planning permission for camping will be to late, it is vital that those wishing to camp make their own camping arrangements, all monies will be and are being returned by the Devon and Somerset W.R.C.

It is hoped that the Devon and Somerset club will have camping back on the racing field for next year 2009 and we should know by the bigining of 2009.

The club is very sorry for the stress the decision of no camping on the field has caused but this was entirely out of their hands, they are also grateful for your continued support. Club Chairman, Fred Watlin, pp John Meades
