I have a 23 month old whippet who has just been castrated due to a retained testicle and whilst he was under I had his two front dew claws removed. My problem is that he is quite a nervy boy and freaks when he has a buster collar on to prevent him chewing at his legs/stitches. The vet says his legs now need to be uncovered from the bandages to let the air get to them. Has anyone left bandages on until the legs are healed? He is constantly trying to lick and chew them which in my opinion is making them new sore than if I left the bandages on. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Ask the Vet for "No Lick" it has worked on all my dogs.

Good luck
