Has anyone used ofa "Orthopedic Foundation for Animals", for a DNA test AON for Cocker spaniels.
This seems to be the only company that is recognized by the Kennel club.
I am finding the customer services NOT very helpful and what is an e-certificate, what do I do with it?
Please help

I don't know anything about the company but an e-certificate is often just an electronic copy of the document, which you can save or print. If you can see it as an attachment to the email that I am guessing you have, try right clicking your mouse on it and you should get an option to "save as" which would let you name it something you will recognise later and put it in a folder on your computer (hope I explained that ok).

I have not yet had the girls tested, I am not paying a company in America for 2 tests with electronic results that I can not print, or do not know how to access the certificate on my old computer. Do you think I should be able to get the certificate off with Windows7. ?

I cant think of any reason Windows 7 wouldn't work but I'm not really a techie ...
