Maisie's cold, and I'm going to have to bite the bullet and get her some form of clothing. I'm looking for something she can wear in the car (so not much by way of buckles/seams, for comfort), that covers her belly and chest. If possible, something which won't elicit too much mockery from less understanding types!

I know you guys will have loads of recommendations on where's good to buy clothing from ...

other dogs may call him "noel edmonds" (w00t) :b ..but hes not bothered cos he is as snug as a bug

Thanks Wendy - I've ordered a lovely fleecy tummy-warming type jumper for her - she's going to love it (whether she likes it or not!).

I hope furry Austin doesn't feel left out - he doesn't have as many bald bits, so I don't think he'll need a coat ...!

Eli recommends his 'Homecoat' fleece for staying snug.....it's got a little chest/tummy bit, and fastens with a velcro strap. He's worn it all winter (we pop his thin hi-viz anorac over it in the rain  ), washes & dries in a flash, and he's suffered zero 'nancy boy' taunts!

It's from www.houndtogs.com, US website run by nice lady called Judy Benson, they do other styles too, all made to measure. Worth a look to see the lady Iggies modelling their 'Snuggy Snoods' :* :)

not a great pic, but you get the idea :)

Oooooooooh now I have a whole folder in my favourites full of nice coats and jumpers!

I bet Austin chews her out of her first one within a day ...

I have to stop myself ordering one of everything! Thanks folks!
