The dog owners in Morden and surrounding areas please be aware that a dog day career or walker is keeping the dogs in the white van for longer periods instead of giving them exercise or looking after them in the house. If you use a dog day care or walking services in the area please make sure that your dog (s) are being looked after well and with care. That is horrific! Can you inform the RSPCA = not that I am a fan, far from it! However this might just be encrouching on the Animal Welfare Act, and the RSPCA 5 freedoms.
