Hey, everyone!

For my business university work, i need to replicate customer validation, due to more coursework needing to be done in time for a September start, i really need all the help i can with this section of the module, due to the fact it involves talking to lots of people (75), it's what is going to take the longest.

If you could just answer these few questions, that would be extremely appreciated!

1) Tell me what you did with your pet the last time you went on holiday?

2) What is the hardest part about the entire process and why?

3) How often have you encountered the problem?

4) What have you done to try and tackle this problem?

5) *optional, depending on previous answers* What didn't you like about the solutions you tried?

Thank you so much in advance, this will be a huge help!

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section, I'm new here so I'm not sure where it is supposed to go.

Thanks!

1) Tell me what you did with your pet the last time you went on holiday?

He is passported so goes with us to continental Europe in our motorhome.

2) What is the hardest part about the entire process and why?

Finding good quality dog food in unfamiliar places. We need to top up, but don't always know where pet suppliers are. So we take a lot with us but have had to buy from supermarkets in the past - not always the best quality.

3) How often have you encountered the problem?

Several times (10?) on trips of 6 weeks or more.

4) What have you done to try and tackle this problem?

We take a lot of food with us. I am about to try dehydrated food as it is good quality but very compact. I may try to research suppliers at regular stopover places. But sometimes driving a large motorhome into places is a challenge.

5) *optional, depending on previous answers* What didn't you like about the solutions you tried?

Taking a lot of food takes up a lot of space. That said, once it is used, it leaves more room for wine on the way home!
