two men and a well spoken slim young woman in a white van are impersonating dog wardens and stealing dogs.the latest victim is a 92 year old man whos jrt they took.when he challenged them the woman told him hed have to go to the councils dog warden office and pay a fine to get his dog back.barstewards!this is in the farnborough area so keep your eyes peeled folks and be alert of anyone taking any interest in your dogs
