At East Anglian Whippet Club Championship Show on Sunday 17th August 2008, we will be holding the 'Hands on' assessment.

This was brought in by the Kennel Club so everybody uses the same names to describe parts of the dog.

The 50 points start with eyes, nose and ears and goes on to things like croup, coupling and angulation measurements.

Judges need to have passed this before they award CC's but you do not have to be a judge to do it, it is a good way to learn.

It will cost 10 pounds for members and 12:50 for non-members.

If you would like anymore information please either PM me or e-mail gunhounddog@aol.com, tel 01775 681285.

If you are worried about it clashing with your class at the show we can work round that and you don't have to be a whippet person to do it.

Hello Mrs Doris,

I will send you out the paperwork. You do need to pay beforehand if possible.

I am sure you will know all of the points.

That is from the KC movement and confirmation seminar, I did this a few years ago and found it really worthwhile. Frank Kane did our one and he was excellent

Hi,

I will be sending out the candidate and booking form first class to tomorrow morning.
