The Sighthound Assn schedule isn't out yet but the judge is Mrs Annet Bystrup from Denmark - a Pharoah Hound specialist.
In addition to the Saluki Champ Show on the Saturday, there is an open show following judged by a breed specialist from The Emirates who I believe is also involved with falconry and is an expert on hunting (function) with Salukis. Details will be in the Dog Show magazine.
