East Midlands AGM will take place on the 29th October at 1pm or as near as when racing has finished at Shirebrooke. Every body welcome :))

Just need confirmation that the date is to be the 29th, as I have just checked my diary and it was booked at the last meeting for the 15th - can you confirm if date has been changed as i have booked the room for the 15th, so will need to check it is still available.

Thanks Karen

Thought be nice to put food on for folks who come to race and stay behind for meeting, but do think Shelley was really good at tactfully dropping in a little hint in the topic title, Shelly you could have just asked for food lol

 Now that I'm back online I thought I'd do a little BUMP. (w00t)

 Would all East Midlands members, who cannot attend and who will be at The Old Hall on Sunday, please let me know if there is something that you would like to be discussed at the A.G.M. We would appreciate as a good a turn out as possible, in order to make the proceedings truly representative. However, if you cannot make it, please tell youir representatives how you would like your region to proceed for the next year!
