hi there new to the site and need to find out more about this flea and tick treatment.

i have a black lab called jakson but recently he has been picking up quite a few ticks and has been looking very listless so took him to vet they said nothing wrong with him but keep an eye on him and here is a treatment to give him for the ticks, i cant see anything online about this eliminall as i have heard some flea and tick treatments can be disasterous for some dogs any advice would be greatfully appriciated.

cheers

It is true that some dogs react to some flea and tick treatments. Word usually filters back to the vet and they stop using them. It may be that this is a new one and better than the others or so new that we just don't know yet. Fleas are becoming resistant to some of the drugs on the market already

Because my dog reacted to a spot on treatment I have changed to the tablet type (Bravecto).
