Missed this ,as i totaly forgot.Did my old mate, Jim Brown,from Tyrone N ireland get through,or is this who you are talking about.ie,the irish lad,and has anyone ever heard Patrick Mathew's from Cornwall.Got a couple of his CDs,and recon he's quite good.Nobody touches Elvis though,as i have almost all of his stuff. ...Billy...

Jim is absolutely brill.Grew up with him.Believe it or not,they would have kept lurcher's in their time,and some of his brother's still do i think. ...Billy...

I was brought up with Elvis, me Mum loved him, me Dad was born on the same day, and he died on my Grandfathers birthday, kinda weird...but, I watched the program and hated it...Makes me realise my record (well CD) goes back to 1955 and up to The Arctic Monkeys...and everything inbetween, well, with the exception of Freddie Mercury and Queen. Why is it that people who don't really like music love Queen? I've never understood that...And, the one's I know are same types who dismiss Elvis, who more than anyone brought us rock n roll through the gospel and black music of the deep south, without Elvis we wouldn't have so many great artists today and in the past...thanks Elvis...shame we have to put up with so so much tosh on TV
