Biddy and Master Blaster

Vets Final.

A great weekend, top class facility's and top class racing what more can we ask for. A big thank's to everyone who made this event possable and I look forward to next year.

John were these actual race photos or just for trials ???Reason i ask is on the last one Red dog is in Blue trap and comming over to left hand side --- also in other one solo red trap right across on right hand side of track-not that it makes any difference --all but one have red dog on right hand side ???as if that was the way they started---

Yes they were actual photos taken on the Sunday during the racing, they were taken late on in the day from the 40lb Cons onwards but they are all races not trials. To be honest I did not notice that about the red and blue dogs until after I put them on K9 maybe they forgot to seed one on the programe and the owners agreed between themself's and the clerk of the course that they would switch traps but so that everybody knew what dog was what they kept the same colour of racing jacket shown on the programme its the only thing I can think of. The other photo if its the one that I think you are looking at maybe the dog in the red is a right hand runner The only editing that has been done to the photos is to crop them nothing else. Here are the three photos taken at the start of the red and blue dogs race.

Hi Karen,

If you follow Mutely's link I think that the same photo (red and blue) is shown at the traps from a different angle (just type English Derby in the search box) although I have to admit that the photo is of a far better quality than those of mine.
