Evie is being looked after in a foster home in the care of Evesham Greyhound Lurcher Rescue.
Evie is a dog that just loves to have FUN, she is quite a character who will run and play chase me until she has exhausted the dog she is playing with And then she will play with a tennis ball which thankfully she brings to you for throwing. At times her play can be a little boisterous so would ideally need to live with a dog that is not nervous or elderly.
In the house Evie is completely different she settles in her bed or on the sofa if allowed and is quiet and well behaved.
Evie has been left for 4 hours without any problems at all. She travels well in the car and likes to watch the world whizz by. She has met lots of local dogs large and small and has been very polite and waggy tailed. Occasionally, if she sees a dogs running after a tennis ball, she will get quite excited and want to join in but using the "leave" or "quiet" command will stop any barking or pulling.
She is a bright, intelligent dog, who knows all her basic commands and will do anything for a treat.
If you think you could give her a forever home please give Pip or Linda a call.
