How much and what sort of excreise should Indy be having now she 5 months old. shes get realy nauty in the last few days and its like shes to much engery and needs to burn it off she never still and doing everything at 100 miles an hour.

She gets 2 15 minet walks a day now and free accese to the back garden all day were she chages about like ther a ricket up her bum.

Who much excersies can i give her now as i dont want to do to much for her age but shes definatly need somthing to do

do u give her a run off the lead? we have been doing this with kez since she was 3 months old as she too is very hyper ( unlike the big dogs lol) wot i wud suggest is 4 u and your hubby to go to a field or the beach if u live near one and one of u handslip indy to run to the other one start with about 40 yds and just give her a few of these. might help.

thanks for the advice we took just her and lacey out to the park weres theres a nice flat well mowed frald lacey had a run first to show indy how to do it then Indy had a run she was realy good and came to tony every time he shouted her but she compltly ignored me as usual  . now shes asleep    at last think she will be doing a bit more of the running if it gets her tosleep and saved the houes from distrution. Took a few pics there not brill as most are just a blare

a few pics and the last one is indy back off the lead and lacey haveing her ture at going off

Would agree with Carole, let her get used to running and get her legs going in the right direction, will help her when it comes to her trailing. Walk her still i would say you could probably walk her further, dont go mad obviously but you will soon get to judge how tired she is by how chilled out she is after a walk. :luck:

i wouldn't overdo the free running at her age as the growth plates are not developed fully i know from past experience :( but everyone to their own

we just let her have a couple of little runs between us dont want to over do it with her and shes not ben asleep but has been less hiyper since she came back just silly :D

believe me i know how u feel as kez is a little hyper b**** pmsl we have to let her off or she is totally hyper although she has calmed down a bit now lol

told u little uns worse than bigguns carole (w00t) :p :p :p

pups are a shock to your sistam when all you have ever had is adult dogs before and she seams to have the energy of all my other 7 all wound up in a little dinamo lol
