Andy (Lesleys OH) came over today to give his ferrets their 1st outing after rabbits.

within 5 minutes the 1st was in the bag, 10 mins 2 in the bag, slowed down a bit then we tried the next warren unfortunatly due to branbles ect we couldnt net any of the holes.

entered 1 of my ferrets and within minutes all hell beoke loose bolted 7 1 after another manahed to shhot 1 but the others broke to the other side of the fence and a clean shot was impossible.

we then got the clay trap out and shot off around 150 clays.

all in all a great day had a few laughs and came home to a lovely cooked tea what more could you ask for.

Whilst the boys were playing out :- " me and Paula had a nice day chatting, whilst Jordan and Keiren played, then a nice tea :D

Andy is just sorting the bunnies out now :x the ferrets did good Nigel  first outing and they did the job well :D

Glad to hear they`re working well for you Andy, just been out with their mother this morning she`s bolted a few for the dogs . She`s got the habit of latching on to the rabbit`s eye then pulling it out of the hole, she brought one out like that this morning

Sounds like a good day Spryers and Parkstoners :huggles: . I suppose that Lesley skinned and gutted all the rabbits for you  .Its the least those women could do after Andy and Mark had been doing the important work

LAMPY

As if  the important work was being done at home me and Paula were putting the world to rights whats more important than that, I mean, 3 bunnies it's not as though they were run off their feet now is it :teehee:

Lesley,

I did in 5 minutes what you women couldnt do all afternoon? yes the football net is fully up and ready for action in the back garden.

3 rabbits and 150 pigeons if you don't mind

Dont let him fool you Lesley, he found the instructions in the back of the van on sunday  and Andy would be dead proud of him because he also had to use a tape measure. (w00t) Talking of Andy as he been to busy with his rabbit stew to put the pics on. :- "

I might have been better if I'd seen the stew first Jue, rather than Jordan carrying them about by the back legs :( :x
