Tora had her first day in Nursery today - spent the morning with the children who thoroughly enjoyed having a whippet in school and were all quite excited about having a dog in school that had to wear a red coat with a number 1 on it - they weren't too convinced about the (cruel) muzzle tho :D Needless to say Tora was well impressed with all the attention and of course the treats that followed for being a good girl at school and im sure she will be glad to go back again.

So no more comments please about Manton dogs not being educated - she was a bit disappointed tho when the kids went out to play as she wasnt allowed on the bikes :- " ;)

Our pups went into school too when they were 5 weeks old-

It certainly tired them out, all the stroking and passing round.

aww thats good of the school to let dogs come in

the photos are really good :huggles: :clown:

Lovely pics  Bet we can guess what a certain little boys first 'show and tell' will be about :- " :D Karen

Awww bless her, very well behaved

Ella would think all her birthdays had come at once, there must be loads of dropped food and crumbs that would have kept her occupied for hours if she went

Oddly enough the crumbs weren't of too much interest to her there was a hamster that seemed to take her concentration a couple of times - she thought that might have been a better treat than food i think :- " Yet we have a pet rat at home that incidentally also visited school but Tora isn't at all interested in him she must know he's part of the family and the hamster could have been fair game :) :D

Karen, we know the dogs are educated at Manton, Worried about the people mind, not including you of course.

Nice to see the children concerned about the dogs welfare and what a wonderful natured dog to introduce to the children.
