FLO
Flo is a pretty 2 year old, black female, born in March 2007. She has only raced twice when she was 18 months old, and decided it wasn't for her! She has been kept as a family pet since then, but is now looking for a new home.
Flo is a friendly, gentle girl who adores all people, especially children. She gets on well with other dogs, but can feel bullied if they are overly boisterous so perhaps a home either as an only dog or with a more sedate, older dog for company would be best for her. Flo is a very sensitive little girl, and is a bit stressed now due to being moved around quite a bit since leaving the home she grew up in. Once she settles in a loving, forever home, this stress will soon disappear. She is not cat friendly, but is fine with small dogs.
Flo is in a foster home in Norwich, UK where she waits for a home offer. She can be transported by Kerry Greyhounds to Europe if a suitable home offer comes up.
~~ KERRY GREYHOUND CONNECTION ~~
Kerry Greyhound Connection is a small voluntary organisation based in County Kerry, Ireland and Norfolk, England and operates through a network of volunteers. We can look after approximately 40 greyhounds at any one time, in Ireland and the UK.
Each dog is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped, and given a full veterinary check before being adopted.
We assess the suitability of all home offers, and we have homed greyhounds in Ireland, the UK, Europe and the USA.
We can be contacted via PM or through any of the following:
