hello hope someone can help   i have a border collie bitch i need to rehome.She try colour and a small collie around 15 mounth old.She gets on with most other dogs but not cats, shes a chaser of cars etc.If anyone can help in the east midlands area please pm me may thanks.

Have you tried contacting Wiccaweys in Northampton?

I imagine like most rescues they will have a waiting list, but they are an excellent rescue and lovely people.

Is she from working stock? She looks like it.

I think she needs a job by the sound of it - chasing cars is an alternative to herding sheep or cattle :blink: :thumbsup:

no i hadnt thought of them but will do thanks oh do you no if there a kennles of do they foster the dogs out?

Some of their dogs are in foster homes, others live with them but it's very much a 'family' setting as far as possible, not a traditional kennels, and they spend time training and socialising the dogs. They are well used to dealing with 'collie' issues like car chasing!

thanks for everyones advice the problem with rescue kennles is she came from rescue origanilly and she didnt like it in kennles atall and i would pregfer her to go to a experianced home straight from her home with me as shes such a sweety but just dosnt fit in with my other 3 dogs.
