I put your dog's details into the AllAboutDogFood website and it suggested a couple of complete raw foods: Nutriment Support Low Purine and Phosphorus in either green tripe & chicken or green tripe & oily fish - would that be an option?
If I don't put age in, it suggests Animonda Integra Protect Renal Wet - which it doesn't give a very good review, but for your dog it's all about what works for him regardless of how good it is 'on paper'.
