Does anyone know if they are Definitely coming to this open.

We need to know for camping arrangements and food and bar facilities.

I'm not really bothered Jade

I'm only passing on what people are pestering me about - like the burger van asking how many are they to feed and the sports council asking how many people will they need to provide the bar day and evening.

And I am sure SOME people know what they are doing when it involves travelling hundres of miles and camping

Audrey I know camping wise there are at least six coming from Thurrock and possibly more Jimmy and Lorraine are trying to get accommodation in Fordingbridge plus members who will be coming to the opens, hope this helps I know what it's like when you are unsure of numbers especially when you book burger vans etc., you have my full sympathy, and I hope you are pleasantly surprised next week.

can someone post the format for the weekend as ive never been b4 and missed the club meet this wednesday. What time is racing? Is it on both days? Will there be stalls? Do we need to pay to get in and can i bring my whip for a looksee? :cheers:

ok, look for a painted astra car, flowers n all., with me hobbling due to bad back! (whip will be recognisable due to copious quantities of drool and possible sicky breakfast stains), grin!!

Looking forward to seeing you all there. Sorry for not replying before but have been busy preparing for this week-end at the track

Racing to start Sat and Sun about 1.00 p.m. programmes available. No entry fee to come and watch but £4.00 and £3.50 entry fee for racing. Dogs must be proven racers as this is an open meeting collecting dogs from all over England.

Burger van throughout the day and every evening entertainment in club house. Tonight race night, tomorrow disco and fancy dress and Sunday quiz.

Sorry don't know whether Terry will be bringing his stall or not. If he does all kinds of dog equipment.
