Some great races, sadly Matrons Touch was injured at the end of the race and was taken to the vets by Ray. The whippet racers had a collection and raised £ 160. Our thoughts go out to Annie Poole, and Ray who brought the dog to race.

I should have added that there was added prize money again today that came out of the caravan money, so pleased that the racers are getting something back as the cost of fuel and everything else could spoil our sport. Also thanks to Chris for more bags of Alpha food that was given to the winners.

FIRST OFF ALL WOULD LIKE TO SAY A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE WHIPPET RACERS FOR THERE GENEROUS COLLECTION OF 160 POUND FOR ANNIE AND DARREN AFTER MATRONS TOUCH BROKE HER WRIST. BIG THANK YOU TO YOUNG TAM DRIVING ME TO THE VETS AND TO EVERYONE FOR THERE GOOD WISHES. THANKFULLY IT WAS A CLEAN BREAK AND NOW AT HOME AFTER A SUCCESSFUL OPERATION.ALL THE BEST RAY
