Ten members turned up for the AGM and it was decided to give the club a last attempt to try and get enough members to make this club viable. We have picked 6 Sundays when we hope to get enough dogs.

They are 2nd and 9th March

13th and 27th April

4th and 25th May

If you are in the area, please come and support this club.

We are having a advertising campaign and hope this will bring members in

Our opens this year are confirmed

20th April Mid West Regional Top Gun and Top Ten Open

9th/10th August for our camping week-end.

Any queries ring secretary Shirley Ashworth on 01202 481787

If I'm driving by any of those dates you'll be on my dare or die list :- " (dare to drive that far alone after recently passing driving test, or ... die trying ?? Nah !!! Chicken out and hide under the duvet :b )

Good Luck :luck:

Hi Audrey

well you can only try your best to get the members to support the club, after all there are only 2 clubs left in the South of England, Fordingbridge and Thurrock.

I know that Fordingbridge is affiliated to the Mid-West region but it still needs to be supported.

It was good of Leslie and Mick Hinson to travel down from Cornwall, and what a bitterley cold day it was.

Good luck

Doreen

Good luck to the Fordingbridge Commitee, it would be such a shame if this little club closed after all of the success they have had in past years.

Hopefully the advertising campaign will bring in the racers the club deserves.

fordingbridge is such a lovely place set in the new forest. please support this club everyone will make you welcome, there is also fishing available right next to the race track. so if your dog comes last you can always try your luck at getting a big trout!!!

Thanks Linda, glad to know 9th August os still a G/J Fed event.

Denise - it was advertised in the January W.N. calendar but not in the Feb one. I asked Chris who didn't know anything about it.

It was nice to hear from you Avon.

Hope Sid's torn ligament heals up well.

I thought Rocky had done that chasing squirrels at Wilverley but it turned out to be a broken bone in his hock so I have a few weeks of carrying him about and a heavty vets bill.
