Went to Frampton the other weekend - had a good day out as per usual with it not being the typical 'markety' type game fair. Have only been racing this year a handfull of times at the gamefairs but was chuffed to bits when we had a successful day with 'Basil' doing the double in the coursing and the overs straight racing, with this being his first time in winning either. Little 'Bella' got reserve champion in the unders straight racing.

Unfortunatley there are no racing pictures as the usuall pro 'MAO' was racing her dogs on the day. With Kade getting reserve champion in the overs to Basil - Kade being Basils sire. Maggi Also won the unders with Araf ;)

Basil won the coursing by beating his Dam Willow in the 1/4's, Then litter Sister Bella in the Semis and then went up against Mikes' little bitch Sky and was a close one :)

Well done Tom with the boys

but special well done to Bella, shes such a little sweetie

Fantastic day for you Tom and Maggi and Bill  and what well deserved wins. Its a testament to good breeding when so many family members come up trumps!

Hope to see you soon

I agree with the above. Well done to you all.

Well done everyone - Tom, Bill, Maggie and Mike: some of the nicest people I've met this year - it's great to see you and your "scruffies" doing so well!

Rowan missed a gate in his second heat in the coursing at Pride of Peaks and didn't run in the straight race on Sunday - well went about 20 yards and then came back :( :(

If anyone has advice on how to fix that before this Saturday I'd be very grateful??
