frankie has been here for nearly 3 weeks & is slowly settling in. I took her back for her dental after only a week as she did seem to be uncomfortable when eating. When the vet looked in her mouth, her teeth were sooooooo bad that the few remaining ones were extracted so now Frankie is toothless :b She is eating much better & is slowly putting on weight. She weighed 2.2 kg when I brought her home & I'll get her weighed again on Tuesday when she has her 2nd vacc.

She is quite a shy cat & won't push herself forward but is very affectionate when I stroke her. She does not like being picked up tho & sometimes cringes if Neil goes to stroke her :( Seems as tho she's more nervous of men.

Today she was very brave & ventured into the front room as far as the sunny windowledge. Up till now she has stayed in the kitchen by herself. She's not bothered by the dogs at all but isn't too keen on the other cats.

I am trying to find her a permanent home as I do think she may be happier without all my other cats. But if nobody wants her then she'll just have to put up with them & stay here :)

Frankie. Didn't work first time.

Awww, bless

I hope she will settle with the other cats after a while, cats are always clever enough to know which side their bread is buttered

You've already done so much to make her life better and it would be sad if she had to move on again :(

Wishing lots of :luck: :luck: for Frankie to help her settle in happily with all of your gang! :huggles: :huggles:
