I have decided it is time I trusted the terrible triplets, Rosie Blaze and Maggie of their leads.

I have taken them out individually on a long rope and they come when called so what to do?

I have three trusted dogs of the lead

1 William - to clumsy likely to hurt them

2 Owen-runs alot but usually comes when called

3 Jasper - doesn't runat all just follows me around

mum and dad Tegan and Bandit are not entirely trustworthy of the lead

Do I-

Take them one at a time with either Jasper or Owen keep the older dog on the lead to entise the pups back

Let the adult loose with the pups one pup at a time and hope the pup follows them back

Or just let the pups loose all together and hope they recall ok

The parkI go to is pretty save you just have to look out for the other dogs as is it only small and there is no way of avoiding them there is only one entrance and the parkie says its alright for meto shut the gate

Your advise would be greatly appreciated as I have so many options I don't know what to do for the best

i would take them out one at a time with a trusted oldie ,, let pup off lead and keep oldie on lead at first ,, lots of recall and if pup keeps coming back each time ,, loads of praise / reward etc .

then let oldie off lead with pup ans same recall / reward / fuss etc

if you do this over a period of time with each pup and an oldie then take 2 pups and an oldie and so on untill you can recall all when they off lead .

well thats my humble opinion but im no dog trainer (w00t)

hopefully others will give you their views too

good luck :luck:
