needs a foster or rescue place or long-term home

volunteers do their best to find places for dogs at Dunboyne pound (County Meath, north of Dublin) but if they fail, dogs are put to sleep

they would like to get this dog out Mon or Tues if he has a place to go to

he's black, looks slightly smaller but heavier than a greyhound

message: Ziggy is a greyhound/lurcher and he is a total sweetheart. He is really friendly and outgoing - he came bounding out of his kennel with wags for everyone and is the only dog to actually have posed for pics today!! If you can help please post, pm or call Martina on 086 2228902.

I see Zander is looking better, looking for a forever home in the UK:

there are always more to take their place, for instance the whippety Dawn currently at Dunboyne pound (but has a few offers for rescue/foster/I don't know if her release fee is to hand):
