i now have venue etc confirmed so on the 22nd aug i will be holding a pet show in aid of the above 2 charities .

if anyone has any ideas as to raise money on the day feel free to post , i am having 17 classes

av baby puppy 12 weeks to 6 months

av vetran

av pedigree

av crossbreed

av rodent

av rabbit / guinea pig

av teddy / stuffed toy animal (for those wh dont own a pet )

junior handling

av prettiest bitch

av most handsom dog

av waggist tail

av animal judge would mst like to take home

fancy dress

best rescue

consolation class (free t enter , for any animal not won a rosette at this show)

also hoping to have a cake stall , a raffle , a normal stall for selling stuff , hope to get a face painter in , maybe a couple of local stalls, charge a table fee to put to the fund ?

pet food companies have been ace , just waiting on a conformation email for 15kg sacks of food for best in show and bpis also have a £5 gift voucher from my pet shop for best small animal in show .

i have use of a hall and a small field next to it ! so please , any suggestions tag on here

STARTING AT 1.3PM JUDGING 2PM , ROSETTES IN ALL CLASSES , EXCELLENT PRIZES FOR BIS , RES BIS BPIS AND BEST SMALL ANIMAL IN SHOW , RAFFLE / TOMBOLA / FACE PAINTING / ICE CREAM MAN / INDOOR AND OUTDOOR FACILITIES SO WILL GO AHEAD RAIN OR SHINE

SMALL BAG OF FOOD FOR ALL 1ST PRIZE WINNERS , SPECIAL ROSETTES AND PRIZES FOR ALL IN THE VETRAN CLASS , SWEETS IN THE JH CLASS , SPECIAL ROSETTESIN THE TEDDY BEAR CLASS .

KRYS IS HAVING A STALL WITH DOG ITEMS , A LADY COMING WHO MAKES SIGHTHOUND COLLARS AND IS DONATING A COLLAR FOR 1ST PRIZE IN SIGHTHOUND CLASS :- )

SHAPING UP TO BE A PROMISING DAY :thumbsup:

50P PER CLASS , ENTRIES TAKEN ON THE DAY SO JUST TURN UP :- )

I hope your day went well! were there any K9ers?

It was touch and go as to me bringing my big fattie, although you didn't have a fattie class I notice! but our weather forecast said rain and husband said 'how far?'

I thought of you when the hottest sunshine came out over Yorkshire and hoped you had it too! - just out of interest, was Christies the auction house???

I hope it went well and you may run it again - I MUST learn how to do motorway driving - el husbando won't see me for dust!!
