Did anyone else watch this last night-

How lovely were Sarah Raven's decs?

Does anyone on here grow Chinese Lanterns?

and am I correct in thinking teasels are mainly found near bog/wet land?

I didn't see it last night but may watch it on BBCi player to see how nice it was.

We used to have some teasels in our garden & it's not really that boggy. They were lovely & I dried the seed heads to hang up in the kitchen

Hi,

Used to grow teasels in my garden. They are great to look at and the birds, particularly goldfinches, love the seeds. If you have a look on the Gardeners World Website it usually gives information about the plants that they have featured on the show. Alternatively do a google search.

I have a tub full of chinese lanterns, they are lovely! Grow from roots and are easy

I think teasels are easy to grow just about anywhere

I've been out and collected some bunches of seed heads.....sprayed them silver for my staircase-putting some lights through them too-

Got a plan for the front door....doing it tomorrow-If it looks good I may share it with you-Lol
