Alan's just pointed out that we don't have a Gloucester entry form. Does anyone know where we can get one from as the closing date is Wednesday? I've had a look on here and can't find any link to one on here. :b

How sad is this we are Gloucester members and we don't even have any entry forms to the open.

That's odd Barbara, Judy sent out entry forms to members a few weeks ago. I have had a look and can't find the attachment on my PC or I would have linked it here. I am sure she will put a link up after the week-end on reading this :thumbsup:

Thanks Jo. :thumbsup: We haven't had it sent to us and we joined a couple of months ago.

As the closing date is Wednesday there isn't much point in Judy sending us a link after the weekend as it will be too late for us to enter by then.

I never feel comfortable with putting entries on scraps of paper as if this was okay then why bother with entry forms in the first place.

Judy gave out all the open forms at Gloucester early in the season - perhaps you weren't there that week Barbara? I think I had them electronically too. I don't think the club ever sends out open forms in the post, it would be too expensive wouldn't it. I'm sure if you jotted it down on paper it would be OK - I've never heard of any club refusing anyway :thumbsup:

Some may be more fussy than others about having passport numbers, breeding etc, but when you're talking about sending an entry to Judy - she knows all the dogs anyway (w00t) :- "

Won't be too many years until we enter by email, and pay with PayPal!!!!

Stupid thing is June I picked up entry forms for other opens from Judy and not that one. :b I just forgot about it until Alan asked Friday night then I thought that there would a link to one on here and I couldn't find it. I meant to raid Joyce's file of entry forms the other week and forgot to do that as well. :b

But as my last post said a couple of people kindly emailed them to me, (thank you :huggles: ) which is just as well because now a friend has pm'd me and asked if I've got one because they had forgotten too and I've just printed one of for her and taking it to the Indi today so I'm not the only forgetful person.

Just got back and seen this.

A piece of paper is fine if you haven't got an entry form or I will email anyone copies if they want them.

Barbara - I did send out copies to members but you definitely haven't joined. At least you didn't give me a membership form and Jane is under strict orders not to accept money without the form or else I don't know who has joined so sadly, maybe old age has caught up with you
