i thought isd start a new topic up about golden jackets as i am a tad confused. am i right in thinking it is only the MAIN WINNER on the day that will receive one? im asking as when i went to an open @ Shirebrook Im pretty sure only the dog winner which took supreme on the day got the golden jacket. No other winners got one the bitch, scratch, veteran, puppy or yearling. i am just wondering if i am right with this??
also to gain the golden jacket status thing ie u have to win 5 times to gain one. is that 5 times in the dogs entire life? ie if it say won 3 as an adult then won 2 as a veteran wud it still count? also is the staights and bends seperate? ie do u gain 5 on the bends and 5 on the straights or is it joined together? ie u cud have 4 on the straights and 1 on the bends?

as for the not returning of trophies, i swear it works @ Wallsend yeah some people say Il be asking for DNA next lol but i know its all in good fun. IMO wot u need is someone who goes to all your opens so its going to be someone on the commitee probably. all u need is a book and a camera. take the pic make them sign for it and make sure u ask abouit 2 months in advance for said trophy. if they dont take it still get them to sign for it but put did not take trophy and who has it. if they dont return trophies name and shame them.
