Hi all,

My Golden Retriever Bono has developed a hot spot on the back leg. There is raw skin and there is no fur around it. (Please see attached screenshot)

I first noticed this around 2/3 weeks ago and it doesn’t seem to heal.

Does anyone know what this condition might be ? Do I need to go and see a Vet ?

Thank you so much in advance.

It could be nothing, or it could be something... You do really need to show it to your vet, as it's not really possible to diagnose spots and lumps from a photo. Fingers crossed he's absolutely fine :)

You are right, I will take him to the vet for a peace of mind
