A couple of days ago we were heading into town by bus. Wandering down the street we were on was a large black Labrador and a German Shepherd. Around here the odd stray dog is not unusual but as they got closer I realised the German Shepherd was just a pup, both were wearing collars.
We whisltled them and they were immidiately alert and the pup came over wagging it's tail. She was very friendly and I grabbed her collar which had a phone tag on it. We called the number and an elderly lady answered, we asked if the dogs were hers and she replied that her daughters dogs had gotten out the garden and they were out looking for them. She rang her daughter and within minutes a very relieved son-in-law arrived at the bus stop to collect his wayward hounds.
Just as he arrived so did the bus so we didn't have time to stop but since then we've stopped having such bad luck, maybe good Karma really does exist.
