Hey everyone,

Our dog Cody pulls a lot during his walk. Right now we have a julius k9 for him and I love it since it's super easy to put on, but unfortunately it doesn't help against pulling. I see on zooplus that they have these non-pulling harnesses: Halti, Easy walk, and The Company of Animals. Please let me know your recommendation :)

Tried several harness and head collars for my very pully whippet girl and found the one that works best has been the halti head collar. Still doesn't stop her completely but makes walking much more manageable than any of the others did. She's an 8 year old rescue, been with us for 10 months now and still really only just settling in.

Bax couldn't tolerate anything around his head so we went with the Ttouch harness using the front clip. very solidly built, he's had it for 4 years with no signs of wear on it. he walks mostly without pulling and i liked it because when he REALLY kicks off against a squirrel or a rabbit or a cat it just spins him to the side. Id be worried about something yanking his neck around if he had one of the head things.

Have you tried training not to pull? It's boring, tedious and you get nowhere fast but the payoff is well worth it.

I've been using a Halti front leading harness which has helped with Roxy's pulling, along with training her to walk on a slack lead, the harness has certainly made that training easier!
I would also recommend a head collar for a bigger dog like yours.
