I was amazed, she hasn't got anywhere near catching a rabbit before, although she has given plenty some exercise. Now I'm worrying about whether it was slow and sick! She wasn't allowed to bring it home - I've been working hard this past week to purge the house of fleas - and it took ages to persuade her to put it down. (Apologies to anyone who finds this topic offensive, I certainly didn't encourage her but it is their natural behaviour and it would be good to think she could feed herself if, God forbid, the need arose.)

I can't believe how quickly she has gone from this

but she still loves her teddy

Isn't she a lovely lady  and what a clever girl getting her first rabbit. Gracie (5 months) caught her first squirrel months ago but has yet to even give chase to a rabbit. We are doing a lot of beach walks and we don't have rabbits or warrens in our dunes. It still amazes me how they go from snub-nosed puppies to pointy nosed puppies in a matter of months. :) :)

Grace is so pretty - those eyes and expression are to die for!!

Hope she has had a lovely birthday rabbit and all!!

She's such a pretty girl. Happy Birthday Grace!!
