Thanks to everyone who showed up, weather was disappointing but hey ho.
Some cracking racing and fastest time of the day going to (what is going to be a very special bitch) Geoff's youngster Sugar Mouse.  Well done Mac Spot, can't believe he managed to hold off such good dogs for a little un and also Tommy's with Overall of the day Maizee Mu on her own sand.  Congrats Jacqui with Avit who looked strong all day - well done mate

Good job we hadn't had as many beers as Tommy, whilst arguing with the stupid pr**k of a neighbour who thinks he owns all the fe**ing street

Lastly and speaking on behalf of all the club members i can't speak highly enough of Rod and Louise who run the track and bend over backwards for us every week, this weekend being no exception, they have also just told us they would like to sponsor this event every year now.  Also the club would like to say a big thank you to Wendy for doing a fantasic job of making  the presentaion jackets

Well done all concerned  thanks for drawing the seeded dogs in the public eye  This was a well run open, thanks for all your hard work :sweating:

ps. did you get my winnings Linda :- "

I was gonna get us all a drink out of them o:) but Vicky wouldn,t let me :( there in the tin along with your trophy I think

Your gang can have a drink on me anytime

someone left there dogs coat behind at the traps its in my van when you remember you lost it all clean and dry now

Few photos, not many due to the weather and running 4 dogs. Rob had his camera out so I'm hoping he can add some more.

Our two with their trophies-

Alva Starr-up to 23lb Yearling Class winner

and just for Mark his trainer......

Barney- Our Man Flint-up to 35lb Yearlings-Class/Supreme

Barney must feel a little embaressed, I can imagine him thinking ...

"I'm a fella, I've got the tackle to prove it, and they dress me in a velvet coat with shiny tassels - where's Whitey he'll know what to do"

They are really lovely jackets though Wendy :))
