There are pups for sale of the above cross in my local paper.

I cannot imagine what they look like. What do any of you think? How about working?

Big shot in the dark anyone got a pic of that cross.

there was a "heated " discussion on another forum over a cross such as this and several experienced lurcher/working dog folk had a strong arguement against the person selling the litter, and its limits etc and why it wouldnt be a good cross , however you never know they said the same about gsd x greys and i think its penny taylor who has the cross and it works well?? wouldnt be for the faint hearted id have thought :)

 that is a weird combo, i'm trying to see what the benefits might be. wondering if some of the offspring might end up looking like slightly chunky dobes at a glance? they might not make bad guard dogs, thinking about it, but your kitchen counters would never be safe again

As far as working dogs go can't see why anyone would need a dog of such structure to catch Rats And Rabbits

expect they might be something like Dobermanns -- maybe stockier (like the heavier bull lurchers)

like everyone else here apparently, I can't see much point in the cross if it was deliberate

Theres quite a few on the internet. One in particular,(a dark brindle)was one fine looking animal.Even though he resembled something like a straight half PTB X.A bit more like a leggy type Bull Mastif.
