Greyhound growth on leg

I have a 9 year old female greyhound and have noticed that she has something on the inside of one of her back legs, just above the knee. I've added some photos below (the first two photos are from today and the third photo is from a couple of weeks back).

It doesn't appear to have grown any larger or anything, but I just wondered if anyone could have a guess of what it could be before I take her to the vets?

Having had a dog with a mast cell tumour (I'm not suggesting this is what your girl has) I tend to be quite cautious over lumps and get them checked quite quickly.

Might be something, might be nothing, but I'd recommend getting it checked out too, then you know for certain.
