At the Scottish champs Guess when won his heat in fine style from Tom Smith and Whitewash. Before Susan was able to catch him up he turned for the lure, he and the last dog crashed into each other. Ricky sufferd a dislocated toe, concussion and a sore shoulder.

Must be injury time for all-

Coral will be very lucky if he's recovered for the Derby and Waterford might JUST be ok to run.....still carrying injury from her last run at Wallsend when pulled out of final.

Guess When (Ricky) is on the mend . His toe was out twice but Val with Biddy soon put it right ) . He won his heat in fine style beeting Tom Smith but the third dog in his heat was way behind and hit Ricky as Ricky turned to get the lure. He was hit very hard and I thought he was going to go down and not get up, hence why I just stood looking at him for a few seconds . He was a bit concussed and confused for a few hours and his shoulder and neck were sore, but he will make a full recovery :cheers:

Glad ricky is on the mend Sue and John, hope you have a brilliant weekend of racing at the Derby. Understand the big guns are going up to race this comming weekend.
