For those travelling tomorrow, most will be aware that Crufts is currently on at the NEC. The radio has reported heavy traffic in the area this morning, and I suppose it'll be the same tomorrow. This will probably affect travellers from the South more, so give yourselves plenty of time..

Paul

Yeah 'cos the rest of us will get in our Aeroplanes and fly over the NEC junction on the M42 :- " (which is also the Junction we will use for Hall Green).

According to the weather forecast it will not just be "heavy traffic" being a problem but heavy snow falls coming in over night affecting most places from the Midlands upwards.

Lets hope they are wrong and everybody manages to get to Hall Green and have a great day's racing

Some people can,t be helped or help them selves. If ignorance is bliss you must be very happy. Les.

I think some of you need a sense of humour transplant - ever heard of a JOKE

It goes like this ...

Paul says NEC traffic will probably affect travellers from the south the most ...

... so I say ...

... the rest of us are going to fly over the junction (thus avoiding any traffic problems and arriving well within time).

Not my fault you didn't get it :b - why do people always jump to nothing but nastiest of conclusions :( .

As for your "kind comments" towards me - it's nice to know what you all really think.

I could see you were joking Fleesh if only people took the time to read a post properly ;)

It was snowing when we were coming home from Asfordby. If you stay on the outside lane the traffic dos slow down but you keep moving slowly till you get past the NEC , get in the wrong lane though and you get stuck for hours.

Snowing here on Merseyside folks, take your time and drive carefully :luck:

Good luck anyone who's braved it

good luck to all the racers im staying tuckend up at home dont do travaling ad hevey snow

We have had snow in West Midlands - 15 miles west of Hall Green/Birmingham Only about half and inch and it has nearly all thawed out now. According to the forecast though there is more to come. : (w00t)

Safe Journey to all those who have braved the weather

started snowing in aycliffe early morning hasnt stopped since :(
