Just a note about Sunday's working detail for those who are coming.

I have been asked what needs bringing - water will be welcome, the mower and quad both need cleaning, and all the rails and posts as well.

There are a few tools in the container, but maybe not enough to go around, so if you have any of the following handy, and room to carry them, then they MAY be needed:

Pruning shears, mallet, rubber gloves (!) and maybe a waterproof mat for kneeling on.

Paint brushes will not be required as we are going to clean rather than paint. (Scouring powder - is it still made?)

That's about it really - we will be doing some trials, although Sunday isn't one of our regular race dates - the first meet of the season is March 6th - but equipment has to be tested, and it would be a shame to waste the opportunity :)

One note of caution is over the weather - weather we can get on the field or not! Rain IS forecast so please call me on Saturday if you have any doubts that it may be cancelled. 07809-690976

Thanks

Ian

I just had a phone call from Ian (who’s soaked through at Harvel at the moment), he’s asked me to post that the work party tomorrow is cancelled as the field is waterlogged
