Is anyone aware that the Govt is currently phasing out the Canine Fatality Procedure? Over half of the Country no longer requires contractors to report, log, check for identification, scan for a microchip and even notify the chip companies and owners if their pet is a victim on an RTA in UK Highways. What is the point in making micro chipping compulsory?
