Would also be nice to know how prevalent it is in this country. I live in East Anglia and a vet here told me she had never seen a case.

They say it is pperiodically updated, but I don't know how often. Also it is provided by a worming treatment pharmaceutical company so they may have a vested interest but they say it is based on information provided by vets.
