Hi all, hear with good news ! Heart of England will be running race meetings from the 21st of MAY onwards , usual saterday afternoons 2.30 pm start.
we have been kindley given the go ahead to run on the sports feild by Shuttington village hall .All welcome , please contact Ann or me
on the wensday before if you want to run dogs & to check its on ( this includes club members aswell) cheers Paul

DIRECTIONS
-
FROM THE NORTH/NORTHEAST
proceed to junc-11 of M 42
from this junction take B5493 to tamworth
pass thruogh the village of No mans Heath
contiue for about 2 miles then turn left at crossroads into the village of seckington
pass through the vllage & cotinue to next crossroads .
turn right & cotinue for about 1/2 a mile,where you will find shuttington village on the right hand side of the road(before you enter the village) .
FROM THE EAST /SOUTH /SOUTH WEST
Procede to junc 10 on M42
fromthis junction take the A5 heading west towards Tamworth
after a 100 YRDS take the slip road off the A5 onto the B road
at the island at the top of the slip road turn right & cross over the A5
immediatley after crossing the A5 you arrive at another island , turn left-
onto the B5080 travelling through Stoneydelph
continue to the next island & then turn right onto the B 5000, heading towards Polesworth
take the next left (1/2 a mile to Alvecote)
drive thruogh Alvecote & cotinue to the next T junction
turn right & cross over the river
Continue round a right hand bend & at the next junction fork left &up hill into Shuttington
pass thruogh the village & continue on the road to Newton Regis .
The village hall is 400 YRDS after the village, on the left side of the road
FROM THE WEST
Head into Tamworth from the A5 or from the A51
pick up the B5493,thruogh the middle of Tamworth
cotinue out of Tamworth on the B5493 towards Ashyby-de-la-zouch
turn right after about 2- 1/2 miles towards Shuttington
continue into the village until you come to a T junction
turn left & continue for 400 YRDS
the village is on the left hand side of the road
