Is anybody interested in going to the Heart of Wales Country Fair at Penmeanau Farm Builth Wells, Mid Wales. I know it is a bit early to tell you about an event on 19th & 20th August but I thought it may interest a few of you and you would be very welcome in Wales.
On Saturday 19th August there is a Hound Show, Drag Trail and Family Dog show, on Sunday 20th August there is simulated coursing & Lurcher & Terrier show. with racing to follow and a digging competition (whatever that is?!) There are Caravan and Camping facilities available, licensed bar and restaurant with evening entertainment, Trophies and rosettes for all competition winners. Not only that if you made a weekend of it you could go to the Welsh Kennel Club Championship Dog Show on the Friday as it is Hound day there, the showground is right next to the farm where the country fair will be held.
