welcome @Lisa Bollins with Hedley wood Holiday Park - wow perfect for families and dogs! and Bude is gorgeous :)

Wow! that is an amazing place to go, I'm defiantly booking a holiday but i don't know when for but i am booking a holiday home! :)

If anyone visits, check out Widemouth Bay near Bude too. It's great there, walks for dogs, but can get busy at peak times. Oh, and the A39 heading north is an awesome road with some lovely coastal views :)

yes Widemouth Bay is an amazing place as I've been to Bude many of times

I’m in Bude this weekend as it happens! :)
If you have time, pop down to Widemouth Bay then, if the weather's reasonable it's nice there. Try the Widemouth Manor pub too (it's at the end of the beach), I think you can only have dogs in the outside seating area though.

Of course he is :)

Thanks @arealhuman - is just the next bay along from the main Bude beach?
I think so, it's south of Bude. There's a coastal path so you might be even able to walk it, although I've never done this so can't comment on what it's like:

It’s great! Is quite close to the cliff edge though so for some parts Dennis will need to be on the lead, I promise even a dog with amazing recall will make you feel so nervous, but all in all is so good even when it’s not great weather! :)

Thanks @arealhuman - we've defiantly driven past this bay in the past and started to walk towards it! didn't quite make it all the way obviously.

Oh I know @Violet Turner - I think they do it on purpose to give us all a nervous breakdown!:eek:
