Hi my nam eis Paul and I have just adopted a rescue pup and I have just found this forum and would appreciate if anyone could help me. My puppy (Paddy) is a Collie/Lurcher cross 4 1/2 months old. He recently had Kennel cough for which the vet gave him anti biotics but he still seems to be suffering with his chest, when he runs or chases the ball he starts to heave and cough and his throat sounds very rattley. Otherwise he seems fine.
The other thing is he has been vomitting this evening and I noticed earlier that he had been chewing on my acer tree and also stealing the raspberries of the fruit trees; could either of these be what is making him sick?
