Hi Everyone,

Two days ago I adopted a dog from our local rescue centre and I was wondering if anyone could help me identify any of the breeds in him. He is from Bosnia and was a street dog over there. His passport simply describes him as 'mix' but I am curious to find out what he is a 'mix' of!

We think perhaps a whippet due to his size and body shape, but his face looks slightly German shepherd. His colouring is brindle like a staffie too though!

Any ideas would be great

Their are firms that do DNA testing on dogs to identify their breed mix.

I saw a kit in Pets at Home but because Pharam is not from UK or America where the breeds are registered and recognised, it would not be accurate.

Hi, just wondering if anyone could help me to identify this dog I do have an idea what he could be but not sure
